Hopefully this message will insure that you receive the proper care you deserve while shopping at Flutterbye.
- I fill orders in the queue as I receive them, BUT, if I have a question about your order and cannot reach you, your order will be bumped and continue to be bumped until I hear from you.
- Please, after you've placed your order, watch your email for the next few days. I usually receive the order from Pay Pal within 24 to 48 hrs and then I quickly review the order. If any of the items are out of stock I'll immediately contact you to suggest alternatives.
- If you've placed an order that you need urgently, please let me know by adding a note in the Comment section at checkout -- and please be sure I have your correct email address where you receive your daily mail.
- Please do not wait a week to let me know that you needed your order the next day! I can usually accomodate special needs, but only if I KNOW when the order is placed.
- When you place your order you will be listing your email address at Pay Pal. Please be assured that it will not be shared in any way (see Policy page), but if you do not leave a live email address I will not be able to communicate with you. More and more frequently I try to contact the customer and receive a "Mailbox Error" message. This will delay the shipment of your order.
Example: If you order xxx and it is out of stock, but I have what I think would make a reasonable substitution, I will need your permission to change it. I won't do it without hearing from you. I would rather be able to offer you a larger size or a different color in something at no extra charge than have to cancel the order because I couldn't reach you.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you are outside the U.S., please be aware that the shopping cart will not compute your shipping charges. Most international shipping begins around $30+ at this time -- BUT -- you will be notified by email of the actual shipping charges before the package is mailed.
