Aloe Vera Oil, Shea butter, Virgin oil de Coco-Crème, cocoa butter, sweet almond oil, calendula oil, rosehip seed oil, frankincense, lavender, peppermint, tea tree. Properties: antibacterial, antifungal (may be beneficial for athletes foot, have not tested for it), antiviral, anti-inflammatory, analgesic, ultra moisturizing to dry skin. This ultra-moisturizing bar is not waxy or hard like some of the lotion bars; it is a solid product, but it is very emollient and oil-like when applied, you don't even have to rub it in (but do!), its that absorptive. It is not sticky and does not stain. It feels great and has a very subtle, almost unnoticeable light cocoa scent. Dry, dehydrated skin causes heels to crack. Tips for healthy, soft skin on your feet (and hands too!) Apply the Healing Foot Butter after you've soaked (recommended: Herbal Foot Soak & warm, not hot, water) and scrubbed your feet (recommended: Argan Apricot Body Scrub). For intense moisturizing and healing, wear cotton socks after your treatment and leave them on overnight (just as you would do for your hands when needed). The essential oils, herbal oils and herbal butters will penetrate the skin to heal and moisturize. Follow this schedule for 3-5 days or until your cracked heels and rough, dry skin are improved, and then weekly, daily, or as often as needed to maintain your healthy skin. ** Be mindful to avoid using products that contain chemical ingredients which can aggravate your skin and increase discomfort. |

Get the circulation in your cold and/or tired feet at the end of the day or to start the day. A luxurious whipped butter balm with MENTHOL, so it does have that scent. I chose a blend of essential oils to target circulation. Melts into the skin quickly, leaving it soft and buttery! Cocoa butter, shea butter, mango butter, essential oils, menthol. |
FOOT CARE TIPS
Cracks and fissures on the feet are dangerous and should be prevented with proper routine foot care. Since I'm diabetic, I take particularly good care of my feet and recommend taking the supplement alpha lipoic acid, especially for anyone with neuropathy (tingling or loss of sensation in hands and feet), it's one of the best antioxidants and can help reduce blood sugar and improve nerve damage. To maintain healthy feet, use a daily routine:
1. Use Foot Scrub Soap or Doublemint Soap to wash your feet.
2. Next, use Dead Sea Salt Body Scrub at least once a week, daily is better. You may want to lightly wash again, then rinse your feet very well with warm water.
3. Dry feet well and apply Jojoba Shea Cream
4. Wear white cotton socks to bed.
5. If you have sensitive or delicate feet, always wear socks, never go barefoot. Bare feet promote irritation and itching.
6. For daily comfort, apply Herbal Foot Powder before putting on socks.
